Some of the highlights from the menu that I had the opportunity to taste were the IL GIARDINIERE which is an Italian Vegetable Garden Medley of Mixed Greens, Cauliflower, Roasted Carrots, Baby Corn, Candy Beets, Tomato Confit and Crunchy Sprint Onions with Pesto Black Quinoa and Lemon Dressing $18. The vegetarian options here are delightful and if you like dishes that are as delicious as they are Instagram worthy, then you’ll want to try the INTO THE BLUE which is, Deep Blue Risotto with Blue Butterfly-Pea Flower, Anise, and Venetian Caviar. Served Smoked, Table-side $30. Since MAVSoho is Italian, we also had the pleasure of trying their delicious spin on lasagna with ROSA DI LASAGNA.
